At Curry Ink we take tremendous pride in the quality of every item we produce. Your satisfaction genuinely matters to us and we will always work with you to make things right.
Our Commitment to You
Every order that leaves our shop is inspected for quality before it reaches you. If something isn't right on our end, we will fix it — period. We are a small local business built on reputation and repeat customers, and we treat every concern seriously.
What We Accept Returns For
We gladly accept returns or offer replacements for:
- Defective products — printing errors, embroidery mistakes, or manufacturing defects
- Wrong item received — if you received something different from what you ordered
- Our error — if we made a mistake on your decoration, name, number, or design
If any of these apply to your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.
What We Cannot Accept Returns For
Because all of our products are custom decorated to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sizing issues — We strongly encourage customers to review sizing charts carefully before ordering. Custom decorated garments cannot be resized or resold once printed or embroidered.
- Change of mind — Once a custom order is placed and decoration has begun, we cannot accept cancellations or returns.
- Color variations — Screen colors may vary slightly from printed results. We do our best to match colors accurately but slight variations between digital and physical printing are normal.
- Customer-provided design errors — If you approved a proof and the error was present in the approved design, we are unable to offer a replacement.
Sizing Guidance
We know sizing can be tricky — especially when ordering for someone else! Here are a few tips:
- When in doubt, size up — most of our garments are true to size but a slightly larger shirt is always more comfortable than one that's too small
- Youth sizes vary significantly by brand — if you're unsure, reach out before ordering and we'll help
- For team or group orders we recommend ordering a few extra in common sizes to account for sizing surprises
