Accepted Logo File Formats
For the best results, please upload your logo in one of the following formats:

Decoration Methods Explained

Frequently Asked Questions
What's your minimum order quantity?
We have no hard minimums for printed items — you can order as few as 1 shirt. For embroidered apparel, we recommend at least 6 pieces to make the digitizing setup fee worthwhile. We'll always quote you the most cost-effective option.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days from proof approval. Rush production (5–7 days) is available for an additional fee. Larger orders (500+) may take 15–21 days — we'll always give you a firm timeline in your quote.
Can you match my exact brand colors?
Yes. For embroidery, we match to Madeira or Isacord thread colors that closely match your Pantone or CMYK values. For screen printing, we can custom-mix Pantone colors for an exact match (small upcharge applies).
Do you offer Net 30 / invoicing?
Yes — for established businesses, schools, and nonprofits we offer Net 15 or Net 30 invoicing terms (subject to credit approval for first-time customers). For initial orders, payment is typically required upfront or 50% deposit + balance on completion.
Can my organization purchase tax-exempt?
Absolutely. Send us your tax-exemption certificate (school, church, 501(c)(3), etc.) before we invoice and we'll remove sales tax from your order.
Can you store our design for future re-orders?
Yes — we keep all artwork on file indefinitely so reordering is fast. For embroidered logos, we also save the digitized stitch file which means no re-digitizing fee on repeat orders.
What if a shirt is defective or doesn't match the proof?
We stand behind every order. If there's a manufacturing defect, decoration issue, or anything that doesn't match the approved proof, we'll replace it or refund it. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes — we can split your order across multiple shipping addresses (employees, regional offices, event locations) at no additional handling fee.
Do you do promotional items beyond apparel?
We specialize in apparel decoration. For non-apparel promotional items (bags, drinkware, etc.), contact us — we may be able to help directly or refer you to a trusted partner.
